At the time of booking an invoice will be issued for the full amount, which will include the due date of payment. (The Golf Do: payment must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice, or 60 days before the date of the event, whichever is the sooner).
Full payment is due 60 days prior to the date of the event and if full payment is not received by this date the tickets will be released for resale.
If a booking is made within the period of, 60 days prior to the date of the event, payment falls due at the time of making that booking.
Tickets will be issued within 14 days of the date of the event.
Please make every effort to turn up on time.
We would be grateful if you made every effort not to cancel attendance at events once booked, unless absolutely necessary, as it can really change the dynamic of the occasion.
In the unlikely event that you do request us to cancel your booking, or reduce the number of tickets requested on your original application, the following terms apply.
Within 30 days of the date of the event – we will make every effort to re-sell your tickets and if successful a full refund will be given, or no charge will be made. If unsuccessful, a refund of 50% of the total cost of your booking will be made, or a charge of 50% of the total cost of your booking will be incurred, whichever is applicable.
Within 14 days of the date of the event – we are unable to offer any refund of payments received and payment in full will be expected.
Failure to attend – no refund will be made if you fail to turn up to any of our events.
Do Club Changes
Changes to, or cancellations of events due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time, but The Do Club will do its utmost to avoid this eventuality. Under no circumstance will The Do Club be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused as a result of any cancellation, change of venue, change of date or change of speaker.
Should The Do Club need to cancel an event, you will be offered two options:
1. The full value of your booking can be held in credit towards the next event in The Do Club calendar, in the same region of the cancelled event.
2. The full value of your booking can be refunded.
In the unlikely event that The Do Club would need to change any of the speakers, you will be offered three options:
1. A refund on any balance of payment should the ticket price be reduced due to the cost of a replacement speaker being lower than that of the original speaker.
2. The full value of your booking can be held in credit towards the next event in The Do Club calendar, in the same region of the cancelled event.
3. The full value of your booking can be refunded.
Protecting our Intellectual Property and Client Confidentiality
You agree that any reproduction, presentation, distribution, transmission, or commercial use of the concepts, strategies, methods, materials, and all other trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property owned by The Do Club in any media, now known or hereafter invented, is prohibited without the express written permission of The Do Club. You agree that you shall not use any device, now existing or hereafter invented, to make an audio and / or visual recording, transmission or broadcast of any event, in whole or in part.
Protecting your Personal Information
You understand that The Do Club does not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information about its clients to third parties, and will use reasonable efforts to protect my personal information against loss and unauthorized use; therefore, you release The Do Club and its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any liability due to disclosure or use of this information. You also understand that the events may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, promotional and training purposes.
Some of the Rights Reserved by The Do Club
You agree that The Do Club has the right to reschedule events, programmes, initiatives and / or substitute speakers. You agree that The Do Club reserves the right to decline or terminate your participation in any of its events, programmes and initiatives for any reason at any time.
Responsibility for Decisions
You understand that our events, programmes and initiatives are not a substitute for the advice of any of your personal or professional advisors; therefore, you agree that all of your decisions and actions, and their consequences, are entirely your own responsibility.
Neither The Do Club nor its agents or servants shall be held responsible for any claims for loss or damage to property or for any injuries sustained by those visiting the premises, provided that nothing in this agreement shall limit the liability of The Do Club in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of its employees.
