Enjoy a 3-course dinner, followed by entertainment from Welsh Rugby Legend, BBC Pundit & TV Personality, Jonathan Davies OBE, as he reflects on the highs and lows of his outstanding career in dual code Rugby.
Jonathan Davies is one of the BBC’s key Rugby commentators, admired by millions of viewers for his distinctive voice, insightful opinion and genial demeanor.
As a Rugby player, he made his name with Neath and Llanelli before wearing the revered Welsh number 10 jersey, going on to win 37 Rugby Union caps for Wales.
Moving to Rugby League he played for Widnes and Warrington, Great Britain and Wales, as well as playing in Australia with Canterbury Bulldogs and North Queensland Cowboys.
He finished his rugby career playing for Cardiff RUFC.
As a speaker, his style is engaging, witty and as with his career, highly professional. Jonathan reflects on the highs and lows of his outstanding career, inspiring others on areas such as handling pressure, instinct and genius, teamwork and attitude.
Dave Bryon, former MD of the airline bmibaby, writer, comedian, raconteur and very fine gentleman, will be your Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
