Late Summer Lunch with Ian Botham & Geoff Miller
Sporting DoLimited to just 100 guests, this will be an intimate afternoon where you can enjoy a drinks reception, followed by a 3-course lunch at the fabulous Lu Ban Restaurant.
Lunch will be followed by a fantastic afternoon of entertainment as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the 1981 ‘Botham’ Ashes victory with Lord Ian Botham, as our principal celebrity guest.
Geoff Miller OBE – former England International Cricketer, Chair of the England Selection Committee and roommate to Beefy Botham on England Tours, will host the Lunch.
Having played with and against many of the most talented players in history, Botham & Miller lead from the front with a mix of little-known anecdotes and impressive insights into all aspects of the game, with a warm dry wit.
Dusty Miller will then end the afternoon with what is regarded as the funniest Cricket speech on the circuit.
Whether you are a Cricket lover or not, you will be thoroughly entertained as these two England sporting legends combine.
